Refund policy

At Jaipur Kurta Fashion, your satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in delivering quality products, and in case you face any issue, our team is here to assist you with a smooth resolution.

1. Returns

We currently do not offer returns for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or dislike of the product.

Products are only eligible for exchange or resolution in case of a genuine issue as outlined below.

2. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are available in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Wrong product has been delivered
  • Size issue (subject to availability)

To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

3. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • With original tags and packaging intact

4. Unboxing Video (Recommended)

We recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your parcel. This helps us verify any issue quickly and ensures faster resolution.

5. Exchange Charges

A nominal reverse logistics and handling charge of ₹200 per product may apply for exchanges.

  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability
  • Exchanges are allowed once per order only

6. Refunds

Refunds are not applicable for standard orders.

However, in cases where:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and
  • A replacement or exchange is not available

A refund may be issued after review and approval.

Refund Details:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

7. How to Request Support

8. Reverse Pickup / Self Shipping

Once your request is approved:

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever service is available
  • In locations where reverse pickup is not serviceable, you may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse
